Low-Cost Names domain company absolutely suck

If you are thinking about purchasing a domain that I would strongly advise you to steer well clear of a company called low-cost names.  I have dealt with them for quite a few years and haven't had too much trouble, until now.  I purchased a domain with them nearly a week ago and it's still isn't ready.  They claim that it only takes 24 hours for their domains to process.  Apparently, they updated their server and are having problems.  As far as I'm concerned, this is not my problem.  If they are not able to deliver the goods, they should not be selling to the general public.  Furthermore, the customer service is almost non-existent.  E-mails seem to fall on deaf ears and when you phone up, you are put in a queue that takes for ever to diminish.  I'm completely fed up with them, I tried phoning them this morning and they are just engaged all the time.  Either they are completely inundated by people like me who are ringing up, or they have taken the phone off the hook because of the complaints they are getting.

Just take my advice, look elsewhere for your domain.  I have started using 1 & 1 for all my.co.uk domain names and have not had a single problem, the price is very competitive for two years and the process time is no longer than 12 hours.  Go on, give them a go, I promise you you won't go anywhere else.
