This must be customer support at its very worst. At the beginning of December, I ordered some business cards from a company called vistaprint. The cards were great, very cheap and they arrived fairly promptly. At the time of ordering, I also ordered some address labels which only cost a couple of quid. When the cards arrived, there were no address labels so I immediately contacted vistaprint and told them. Would you believe that I have only just received a reply to my e-mail? And even more funny is that all they are telling me that they only offer support over the telephone. Worth using for their business cards, but don't even bother contacting support.
