If you are looking for a company to purchase a domain name from then I would strongly advise you to steer well clear of low-cost names. I purchased a domain name from them a few days ago. They say that it should be active within 24 hours, well, it's been four days and it is not active. I just phoned them on an 0870 number and was left hanging on the phone for 10 minutes. I was then told by the guy on the phone that they are using the new system and they are experiencing problems. For crying out loud, shouldn't they test this equipment before letting the general public use it? Quite frankly I am come out with this company, I've got various domain was registered with them and I've decided that after this experience, they are not getting any more of my business. Of the four e-mails I've sent them, they reply to me once.

This company doesn't deserve anyone's business so take my advice, give them a wide berth
