This is in the news at the moment here in the United Kingdom. A man raped and murdered his two-year-old niece in her bed. What the fuck is this world coming to? The punishment for these type of crimes it is not enough in this country at the moment. But he will probably spend the rest of his life in prison. However, he'll get three good meals a day, probably have a television in his cell, have free medical care plus a dentist. I am sorry, but scum like this need to be punished properly. First of all he needs to be castrated. Of course we have to do it humanely so he should be chemically castrated. I know many people would say, "no he deserves to be castrated with a blunt knife" I would agree to that to a certain extent but we mustn't drop to these peoples level. I would like to say that he should be strung up but I don't think our government will ever bring the death penalty back. I am 50-50 about it really, innocent people have been executed so it's a bit of a controversial subject. Having said that, this guy should be made to work hard labour for of long as he can stand on his feet. I suspect that at some stage in his prison life somebody will get to him and give him a good kicking, if not worse.
